This section targets Product Owners and Product Managers willing to take the next step in the career ladder, and learn more about strategy & operations. Graduates will leave with all the essential skills & processes a Product leader needs to succeed in larger organizations with multiple product teams.
The section will dive into strategical thinking, guidance and team growth, to enable organizations to guide internal teams company and acquaire top talent. Ideal for Product Leaders, Principal Product Managers, Group Product Managers and VPs that want to grow their teams and organizations where multiple teams work on one or multiple Products.
The program provides a thorough breakdown of how to build a strong Product-Led Foundation – including an introduction to pillars, metrics, challenges, and transformation prerequisites. Ideal for experienced Product Leaders, Principal Product Managers, Group Product Managers and VPs that want to transorm their product’s GTM and business strategy by turning it into a growth engine.
Students will be handed over real-case scenarios where they are expected to successfully launch and drive success through a series of steps including roadmaps, problem framing, solution framing, strategy for growth and GTM strategy.
