Transferring Your Place
If you need to, we're more than willing to transfer your spot to a colleague or friend. Please inform us as soon as you can — preferably at least 2 weeks before the event starts.

Refunds
Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds. If you can't attend for any reason, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend.
For transfer requests, email info@productledhub.com no later than 2 weeks before the event commences.
Photos & Footage
We photograph and film all of our in-person events. By registering, you give us permission to use any images or footage taken of you on the day.
Social Media
We reserve the right to reproduce quotes and feedback posted in public, with full credit.
Accessibility
The venue is fully accessible to wheelchair users and we provide live captioning of talks. If you have any requirements you think we should be aware of, or any recommendation we should consider, email info@productledhub.com.
Program
Occasionally, a speaker may cancel their participation in our event program as we've promoted it. In such cases, we have the option to replace them with another equally impressive individual. Rest assured, we're confident you'll still be pleased with the substitution.
Privacy
During the conference, your ticket will have a special barcode that is specific to you. Our sponsors may ask for your consent to scan your ticket in order to contact you after the conference. If you agree, the sponsor will receive certain information (if provided during ticket registration), such as your name, email address, job role, company, and country.
By granting permission for our sponsors to scan your ticket, you are authorizing them to request this information from us. Please be aware that we will not share your details with our sponsors unless you approve the request and allow them to scan your unique barcode.
Code Of Conduct
All attendees, sponsors, speakers, and staff members must fully comply with our Code of Conduct, which you can read in full here.
Postponement
If we have to reschedule the event and you can't or choose not to attend on the new date, you'll get a credit equal to the full fee you paid. You can use this credit for a future event that we both agree on, as long as it's within one year of the postponement.
