Additionally, has overseen reward systems and implemented learning and development initiatives such as Talent Academy, Randstad University and Learning Mentor to enhance employee growth. Simultaneously, Kiki has contributed significantly to Business Excellence by focusing on creating and organizing systematic process management and establishing discipline procedures, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement. Kiki is committed to efficiency and continuous enhancement aligned with Randstad’s strategic objectives.
Before taking on HR roles, Kiki had a role in the operational aspects of the business, executing and overseeing recruitment projects, engaging in external networking and contributing to business development.
