Skills and expertise developed in areas mostly focusing on Decision Support Systems, Reporting, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. Significant also experience acquired on a wider IT landscape including Containers, Collaboration and Information Portals, Enterprise Application Integration, Web Applications, .NET Development, Java Development and Database Systems.

Lefteris Karageorgiou

Solutions Architect, AWS

Lefteris is a Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services with 20 years of experience in Software Engineering. Throughout his career, Lefteris has demonstrated expertise in successfully leading the migration of large monolithic systems to event-driven microservices architectures.

Additionally, he has served as an AWS Tech Instructor, training more than 200 individuals on the AWS cloud platform. Lefteris is also a passionate technical writer, having contributed as a Technical Author for Java Code Geeks, one of the most popular blogs for Java Programmers.

Ioannina Papadakis

Head of QA, Snappi

Giannis has been working in the tech industry for more than 13 years in the field of Quality Engineering. Throughout my career, I have always pursued to gain knowledge around Agile methodologies and Agile techniques in Quality. He is currently working at GWI as Director of QA, driving and shaping the testing strategy in our market research platform.

Talking around QA and DevOps always intrigued him so he recently formulated a meetup group in the Greek community (Athens SDET Meetup) working to share his knowledge with the Greek Professionals through a series of podcasts, onsite events and workshops. Recognised from software companies like Grafana and LambdaTest, being part of their Ambassador Programs gave him the means to gain and transfer knowledge within the Community.
