Natalia Karavasili

Natalia, a former employee of Reddit in London, currently lives and works in Athens, Greece. After 10 years of living abroad (4 years studying at NYU, followed by 6 years of working in London in media/tech), she has relocated back home. Her career in London started with being part of Sony Music’s graduate scheme where she worked closely with the digital team and supported key label releases. Moreover, she moved into the tech world where she was part of Spotify’s international sales team for 3 years, where she dealt with clients ranging from record labels in EMEA to CPG brands in CEE, combining both her passion for music and her sales driven mindset. Her most recent role was at Reddit, where she joined the fast growing mid- market sales team and dealt with performance campaigns with a focus on the fintech, and gaming verticals. Currently, Natalia has joined her family business, Druckfarben Group, in a completely different sector than before, gaining new experiences and challenging herself further. She is working closely in developing partnerships and innovative solutions to expand the company's presence. Outside of work, her interests include travelling, with a focus on finding street art around the world, attending music events/festivals and growing her network everywhere she goes.
