Product and engineering alignment is often one of the biggest challenges in a company's growth journey, and it can sometimes feel like everyone is speaking a different language. In this talk, we will explore the many stories of the babel tower that can occur when product and engineering teams don't communicate effectively, and we will discuss strategies for bridging the gap. From both the product and engineering sides, we will dive into how empathy is the key to effective collaboration.
