Head of Business Technology, Toyota Caucasus | Founder Opticrew.ai
George Tsiramua is a technology and workforce strategy leader specializing in the design of reliable, resilient systems both technical and human. He has spent over 13 years leading enterprise-scale digital and technology transformation at Toyota Caucasus, where he focuses on building systems that perform under complexity, risk, and constant change. In parallel, George is a repeat founder and applied researcher working at the intersection of AI, organizational design, and complex systems. His work addresses a growing structural problem in modern organizations: teams are failing not because of missing talent, but because work is poorly structured for adaptability, coverage, and resilience. His current focus is AI-driven workforce intelligence using data, simulation, and structural analysis to model team reliability, stress-test organizational design, and guide targeted skill development across technology, education, and other constrained environments. George is a mentor with the Google for Startups, advising early-stage companies on scaling technology and teams in high-uncertainty environments. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding in winter and playing tennis in summer.
