Jacob George
Director of Product, Founders Factory
Jacob George is a product leader with over a decade of experience building AI-driven products across HealthTech, FinTech, and InsurTech. As Head of Product at Founders Factory, he leads teams across the UK, EU, and US, working with startups and global corporates like Deutsche Telekom and Reckitt Benckiser to develop and launch cutting-edge solutions. With a track record of taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling them, Jacob has helped ventures achieve 200%+ revenue growth and collectively raise $100M+ in capital. Previously, he was part of the founding team at Emagin, where he built an AI-powered operational platform for water facilities, leading to its acquisition by Autodesk. Jacob specializes in product thinking, AI integration, and strategic roadmapping, helping scaling companies bridge the gap between technology and user value. His approach focuses on deep user understanding, hypothesis-driven development, and iterative product execution rather than rigid frameworks. A graduate of the University of Waterloo and Imperial College Business School (MBA), Jacob is also a product mentor, working with teams to refine their thinking and accelerate growth in AI-powered products.
