Originally from Burundi in East Africa, Eliane is a refugee woman in Europe. She is pursuing her passion for technology and communication, having worked as a journalist for 13 years, across two media outlets. She is currently pursuing a career in Web development, especially in Front-End. She wants to contribute to positive change in this world.

Joséphine is Sistech's CEO (previously #TF4Women by Techfugees), a non-profit empowering uprooted & displaced women through the qualified and sustainable tech & digital jobs of their choice, with a team of 9 people in France, Italy and Greece. Recognized as one of the “30 under 30 Social Entrepreneurs” by Forbes and member of the board of the Norwegian Refugee Council. From 2015 to 2020, she acted as an informal expert for the European Commission on migration.
