The Disrupt AI Collective, powered by Product-Led Hub, is a fast-growing tech community helping software engineers, QA professionals, and data scientists stay ahead in a world shaped by AI. Through meetups, workshops, talks, and hands-on sessions, it brings together practitioners who want to sharpen their skills, share real use cases, explore emerging technologies, and build meaningful industry connections.
Designed for builders and problem-solvers, the Collective focuses on practical AI adoption, engineering excellence, and the future of work. Whether you’re experimenting with AI agents, optimizing QA workflows, scaling ML systems, or driving product innovation, it offers a space to learn, collaborate, and grow. Rooted in openness and real impact, the community enables members to exchange knowledge across sectors, gain practical learning in AI and modern engineering, and strengthen tech ecosystems across Greece — from Athens and Thessaloniki to Ioannina, Patras, and Heraklion.
Kick off the new year with the Disrupt AI Collective as we bring together the Ioannina tech community for an evening of learning, inspiration, and AI-driven growth. This special New Year edition features a rich lineup of talks, lightning sessions, panel discussions, and community conversations, all designed to empower local professionals, students, and innovators to thrive in the fast-evolving world of artificial intelligence. Throughout the event, speakers from diverse backgrounds will share practical insights, real use cases, and emerging trends shaping the future of work, software development, and innovation — with a strong focus on strengthening and activating the tech ecosystem of Ioannina.
This crash course is designed for both engineers and product managers who want to understand how AI products are built, evaluated, and delivered in the real world. The session covers the essential skills at the intersection of product strategy and AI engineering—giving PMs the technical literacy they need and giving engineers the product context required to build impactful AI solutions. Participants will learn the core responsibilities and skillset of the modern AI Product Manager, the full AI product development lifecycle, and how to align AI capabilities with user needs and business value. The course also introduces the fundamentals of defining meaningful AI metrics, evaluating model performance, and making strategic trade-offs around data, feasibility, and user experience.
To make the learning actionable, the crash course concludes with a practical module on testing and validating AI MVPs—equipping both engineers and PMs with a shared framework for experimentation, rapid iteration, and delivering trustworthy AI-powered features. By the end of the session, engineers will understand how their technical work connects to product outcomes, and product managers will gain the clarity needed to lead AI initiatives with confidence. Together, they’ll walk away with a shared language, a practical toolkit, and a unified understanding of how to build successful AI products from concept to launch.
This session will unfold the real reason AI engineers command $150K–$250K salaries today: companies aren’t struggling with AI theory—they’re struggling with production-ready AI systems. In under an hour, attendees will learn why TypeScript is now the fastest, most universal path into GenAI engineering and how it bridges frontend, backend, and AI work into a single, scalable skillset.
You’ll explore an overview of the full architecture of a GenAI Engineering program covering LLM fundamentals, RAG, AI agents, multimodal workflows, and enterprise-grade systems. The session breaks down the modern AI tech stack, from OpenAI and Anthropic to LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, VoltAgent, pgvector, Pinecone, and more.
Finally, participants will see real examples of what they’ll actually build: RAG systems, autonomous agents, multimodal assistants, production AI microservices, and enterprise-ready integrations that plug into Java, .NET, Python, mobile—any stack. The session ends with a clear roadmap, salary insights, ROI benchmarks, helping engineers and product leaders understand why 2025–2026 is the breaking point for AI engineering.
In today’s FMCG landscape, consumer behavior is shifting faster than ever — driven by the convergence of AI, data, and hyper-personalized experiences. This fireside chat explores how artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping the way consumers discover, evaluate, and purchase everyday products. From micro-segmentation that identifies niche preferences, to AI-driven recommendations that anticipate needs before the shopper is even aware of them, the session will highlight the technologies and strategies redefining growth across FMCG categories.
We’ll examine how predictive analytics are enabling brands to understand demand patterns with unprecedented accuracy, how personalization is influencing everything from packaging to promotions, and why consumers now expect tailored, seamless interactions across all touchpoints — online and in-store. The discussion will also uncover the behavior shifts behind these trends: decreasing loyalty, the rise of convenience-driven purchasing, and the increasing impact of real-time digital triggers. Ultimately, this session will provide leaders with a forward-looking playbook on how to compete — and win — in an AI-powered consumer environment, where the brands that understand and anticipate individual needs will shape the future of FMCG.
