Ethical AI & Governance: Building Trusted Intelligence at Scale
[Panel Discussion] Regulation in Motion — Navigating the EU AI Act & Global Compliance Standards
The EU AI Act is ushering in a new regulatory paradigm—classifying AI systems by risk level, imposing specific obligations on high-risk applications, and introducing penalties for non-compliance. Meanwhile, other jurisdictions are shaping their own approaches, creating a fragmented landscape that global companies must manage across markets and teams. In this panel, top legal experts, compliance officers, tech executives, and policymakers will unpack the practical implications of current and upcoming AI regulations. We’ll dive into how forward-looking enterprises are designing governance structures that align with evolving standards while preserving innovation. From legal audits and algorithmic impact assessments to cross-border harmonization strategies, we’ll outline what it means to be “AI-regulation ready” in 2025—and beyond.
