We recognise that there is an unequal representation of women in engineering and technology roles. We also recognise that we need to work harder to improve the status quo. During this fireside chat, we'll explore where we are now and how to move forward. We will be discussing the challenges and triumphs faced by Women in Tech that step into entry level roles or in those of greater influence and will exchange ideas on how to catalyze a shift in the way we think about inclusion and diversity.

We will seek to uncover what prevents women from breaking into the field and share best practices on creating a great career path that allows them to thrive both personally and professionally. This session is all about inspiring other women and emphasizes on the fact that it’s never too late to start changing your life's course! The industry is calling for a shift in the way we think about female empowerment and the STEM community is ready to lead this change.
