Senior GtM Product Manager
Overview: Athens, Attica, Greece, Technology, Hybrid Model, Full time
Vodafone, a Product-Led Growth Hub official talent partner , is on the lookout for a Senior GtM Product Manager.
Role purpose:
As a Senior GtM Product Manager, you will be responsible for a special project plan including the GtM activities of a wide range of non connectivity business products (IoT – ICT – Business online) focusing on the digital transformation of the small/medium Greek enterprises.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Manage the delivery of all activities in the scope of a Commercial launch programme which includes
o Launch of new Digital services
o Build and deliver business cases for SME and product PnL
o Design and execution of the GtM plan: awareness campaigns, commercial material, sales trainings, performance reports & KPIs, Marketing pages
o Design customer explore-buy-support-renewal journey
• Coordinate and manage the project team of more than 20 members (Vodafone and Suppliers)
• Drive the project plan preparation and execution
• Monitor closely the progress of the execution versus the timeplan, budget & quality standards
• Provide regular updates for the status of the programme up to C-level management
• Analyze and advance timely, if necessary, the project risks
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Track record experience considerable of managing complex programmes and delivering a broad range of benefits
• Experience in remote management of teams. Ability to work successfully across diverse geographies, circumstances, expectations, environments, cultures, paradigms and technologies
• Flexible approach to changing and conflicting priorities
• Ability to confidently organise, chair and minute meetings
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Academic background with a Bachelor or/and a Master’s degree preferably in Marketing, Economics or Telecoms
• Project management qualification (e.g. PMP, Prince 2) will be considered as a plus
• Product management experience preferably in Telecom Services (Connectivity, IOT, ICT)
• Demonstrable telecom industry experience in commercial departments, leading complex programmes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of the English language both verbal and written
Key performance indicators:
• Ensure appropriate Portfolio, Programme controls and reporting are in place (risks, issues and dependencies) to organisational standards
• Ensure capacity management is implemented to delivery key programmes to meet business requirements
• Ensure effective budget control and business case submissions governance is implemented, to successfully manage the approval and delivery of programmes
