Marian is a seasoned Woman in Tech with a diverse background spanning across the academic, public and private sectors. With over 10 years of overall professional experience, 8 of which with dedicated focus on Data Analytics, she currently serves as a Data Analytics Engineering manager for GWI. Marian is equipped with a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering, as well as a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Applied Data Science. As an Accredited Member of the Institute of Leadership and a trained Mental Health First Aider for Multinational Organisations, she is deeply committed to promoting holistic well-being and inclusivity in the workplace.
