Christos Zanganas is a Greek attorney and Managing Partner at Skopa – Zanganas and Partners. He leads the firm’s Commercial, Technology, and Data Protection Law practice, focusing on the intersection of innovation and regulation. Christos advises businesses and public bodies on the effective and compliant integration of emerging technologies, with extensive experience across sectors such as software, healthcare, finance, tourism, retail, and cybersecurity. He has also contributed to major initiatives involving the EU’s evolving digital regulatory framework, including the EU AI Act. A graduate of the University of Essex, Christos also holds two LLM degrees, one in European Law from Essex and another in Competition and IP Law from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is admitted before the Supreme Court of Greece and is an active member of the Athens Bar Association, the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), where he serves as Co-Chair of the Greek Chapter.

Nicholas Rodopoulos (M.Sc.) is President and CEO of OnLine Data SA and Executive Director of YES Advisory. He is consulting advisor of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EVEP), member of the Industry Advisory Board of the University of Piraeus, visiting lecturer of the University of Piraeus, Scientific Associate of diaNEOsis having prepared the National Strategic Plan for the Supply Chain and Logistics sector. He has served as President of the Hellenic Logistics Association, Member of the National Logistics Development Council of the Ministry of Development, Member of the General Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV). He is a writer and has a significant number of articles in the daily and periodical, economic and political, press.

Lilian Mitrou is Professor at the University of the Aegean (Dpt. Information and Communication Systems Engineering), Visiting Professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business and the University of Piraeus and President of the Institute for Privacy Law, Data Protection and Technology (EPLO/ IPL) . She studied Law in Law School Athens and she holds a PhD in Data Protection from the University of Frankfurt Germany. She served as Advisor to the former Primeminister K. Simitis  She was Member of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1999-2003) and the National Council for Radio and Television (2016-2023) of  and  of many Committees working on law proposals in the fields of privacy and data protection, communications law, e-government etc. Her professional experience includes senior consulting and researcher positions in a number of private and public institutions and projects on national and international level. Vasileios Rovilos is a Senior EU Policy Manager (Head of EU Policy) at Credo AI, based in Brussels. At Credo AI, Vasileios leads EU public policy engagement, develops and supervises practical frameworks and safeguards for implementing and scaling AI responsibly while complying with EU regulations and standards. Prior to commencing at Credo AI, he acted as an EU Policy Counsel at the Future of Privacy Forum (FPF), functioned as an AI & Competition Policy Coordinator (Responsible Tech & Rule of Law team) at Microsoft, and took legal and policy posts at the European Commission, namely at Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW), and at Directorate-General for Justice & Consumers (DG JUST). Additionally, Vasileios conducts academic research on AI and is a member of the Advanced Research Group on Law and AI at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP). He was also included in the Santander & CIDOB Future Leaders Forum ’35 under 35′ 2022 list and contributed as an AI Policy Clinic Fellow at the Centre for Artificial Intelligence & Digital Policy.
