Alexandra Loi is the Chief People and Sustainability Officer at ESL FACEIT GROUP, an esports and video game entertainment company, where she is responsible for designing and driving the global people and sustainability agenda. In her role, Alexandra aligns business strategy with people-focused initiatives to cultivate a strong company culture and deliver an exceptional employee experience. <br
Prior to her current role, Alexandra was the Global Head of HR at Revolut where she focused on operations, data-driven HR strategies, and fostering a strong culture. She ultimately scaled the organization from 2,000 to 8,000 people. Before this, she led as Group HR Director at Kaizen Gaming (Stoiximan Betano), expanding operations globally and building their HR strategy. Earlier in her career, she led organizational growth projects as an Associate Principal at Korn Ferry and worked as a Brand Manager for Colgate-Palmolive where she was awarded by the global CEO for the best product launch.

With a background in Physics, quickly transitioned to Software Engineering, earning an MSc in Edinburgh, Scotland. Started as a Java software and database engineer. Project managed significant initiatives, including the Athens2004 Olympic games-time portal, and have since led the establishment of software development teams in the telecommunications and finance sectors. Passionate about leading by example, fostering agility, and focusing on people development and coaching.

Nikoleta Merzioti, a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business, Department of Management Science and Technology, is one of Sleed’s longest-standing team members, having been with the organization for almost 15 years and currently serving as Chief Operating Officer. Having held various Digital Marketing positions within the company, she has witnessed and contributed to the digital transformation of more than 200 accounts. Her work, however, extends beyond Sleed. She has participated numerous times as a judge in major national and international E-business organizations and has served as a trainer for various Digital Marketing institutions. Throughout her long career in the industry, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with leading brands and organizations both in Greece and abroad.

Yannis Imelos is a graduate of the Department of Management Science and Technology of the Athens University of Economics and Business. From a young age, he was distinguished by his curiosity about the way the world is working and its willingness to create solutions that simplify everyday life. He started his career as Software Developer and then worked as a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Consultant. Over the past 8 years, at Linq, his everyday focus lies to change the way Talent Acquisition works. Combining his human-centered approach with his technological knowledge, he makes it easier for professionals to kick-start their career and companies to reach and communicate with the right talent!
