Eleftherios Antoniades is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Odyssey Cybersecurity and the creator of the award-winning ClearSkies™ platform. A visionary thought leader, Eleftherios has dedicated his career to advancing cybersecurity internationally.
He studied Computer Science & Electrical Engineering at the New York Institute of Technology and earned a Master’s degree in Information Technology from George Mason University. His career in cybersecurity began in the United States. During his research work, he collaborated on a U.S. government-funded project focused on securing the then-nascent TCP/IP, CGI, and HTTP protocols—technologies that would later form the backbone of the Internet.
In 2002, he founded Odyssey with the vision of helping organizations navigate digital risk through innovation and resilience. Despite the challenges of building a global player from Cyprus, he led the creation of ClearSkies™, which earned international recognition, including a position in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for SIEM twice - one of the very few European brands to be included on the global cybersecurity map.
Today, Eleftherios is a strong advocate for cyber-resilience in the AI era. Under his leadership, ClearSkies™ was built as an AI-native Threat Detection, Investigation & Response platform that helps Security Operations teams see in real time, understand in context, and respond at machine speed - empowering them to detect faster, adapt smarter and ensure operational continuity.

With three decades of experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector, Gerasimos Michalitsis has built a career defined by continuous growth and leadership.   His journey began as an R&D engineer developing Digital Communication access systems and progressed to C-level leadership. Along the way, he has led technical marketing for digitalization services and solutions, consistently staying at the forefront of business-driving technology trends.   Gerasimos operates on the conviction that technology, while key, is ultimately an enabler for strategic business outcomes. This belief has driven his engagement in business development, where he actively supports investment and entrepreneurial opportunities in close cooperation with the Greek innovation and Venture Capital ecosystem.   He is now serving as the CEO of “Scrufy”, an aspiring Robotics company, spinoff from IknowHow, focusing on the Alternative Energy and Shipping markets, having activity in Europe and Central / South America.
